1. About GESTUR PrimeCare

GESTUR PrimeCare is a brand of GESTUR CONSULTANCY INC. (BC Corp. No. BC1576975), a British Columbia corporation. We provide guided medical travel coordination services to patients in Canada and the United States. We are not a medical provider and do not perform medical procedures. All medical services are delivered by independent, licensed physicians and accredited facilities.

2. Our Services

GESTUR PrimeCare provides coordination services, which may include:

• Arranging telemedicine specialist assessments with independent physicians
• Preparing care proposals outlining treatment options and estimated costs
• Coordinating airport pickup and local transportation at your medical destination
• Arranging accommodation during your treatment and recovery period
• Facilitating communication between patients and medical facilities
• Coordinating discharge documentation for your return to your home physician
• Providing a Canadian coordination team and support line during your stay

The specific services included in your case will be detailed in your written Care Agreement, which you will receive before making any payment commitment beyond the Step 2 Specialist Assessment fee.

3. What We Do Not Provide

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Flights or international travel to your medical destination (you arrange your own)
• Travel or health insurance
• Guarantees of medical outcomes or procedure results
• Medical care if complications arise after you return home

4. Fees and Payments

Step 2 Specialist Assessment: A fee of $250 CAD (or $180 USD) is charged for coordinating your telemedicine appointment with an independent specialist physician. This fee is applied in full toward your care package cost if you proceed with treatment. This fee is non-refundable if the appointment takes place and you choose not to proceed.

Care Package: All other fees are detailed in your written Care Agreement, which you review and accept before any further payment is required. No payment beyond the Specialist Assessment fee is requested until you have accepted your Care Agreement.

Unforeseen costs: While we aim to present comprehensive cost estimates, medical procedures can involve costs that arise unexpectedly during or after treatment. GESTUR PrimeCare will communicate any known cost changes as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the final cost will exactly match the initial estimate.

5. Patient Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you confirm that you:

• Are an adult of legal age in your province or state
• Have provided accurate and complete information about your health and medical history
• Understand that you are making your own informed medical decisions
• Have consulted or will consult your Canadian or American physician before proceeding
• Will arrange your own travel health insurance before travelling
• Will arrange your own flight to the medical destination
• Accept sole responsibility for your medical decisions

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our coordination services shall not exceed the coordination fees paid by you directly to GESTUR CONSULTANCY INC.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
