GESTUR PrimeCare does not provide travel or health insurance. We strongly recommend that all patients obtain comprehensive travel health insurance before travelling for medical care. Provincial health plans generally do not cover medical procedures performed outside Canada. Patients are solely responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance coverage for their journey.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GESTUR CONSULTANCY INC. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any medical outcomes, complications, losses, or damages arising from medical procedures arranged through our coordination services. Our liability is limited to the coordination services we provide directly, as set out in your Care Agreement.
